It Could Be Verse – May 4, 2015
Little Jack Horner sat in a corner?
I wonder if he’d been bad
If I’d have put my thumb in a pie
I know my mom’d been mad!
Back in August, I shared a takeoff on Little Miss Muffett*, and promised more Verses like this from a collection that will eventually be labeled Father Goose’s Revenge, or something similar. I’ve been SLOW to follow up! There will be more to follow, hopefully before another 9 months passes!

It Could Be Verse – 4/13/15
April is National Poetry Month
I don’t say it twice – I just say it onth.
It Could Be Verse – 3/9/15
Today’s Verse popped into my head – almost written! – a few years back on the way to work after Pi Day. I’ve altered the wording a little, and I’ll share it today not only to honor Pi Day this coming Saturday, but also to allow you to worry about me even more! (Click link at end to read the entire Verse.)
Still cursed spacing problems I can’t seem to correct. (Any WordPress experts out there?)
Ode to Pi Day
3-point-one-four-one-five-nine
That’s this haunting phrase of mine
It’s a ratio that’s divine

It Could Be Verse! – Feb 9, 2015
We’re not like rhinoceroses
Them are them and us are us’es.
Let’s form a club and keep them out
You can’t get in with such a snout.
And then we’ll label rhinos wrong . .
Discriminate before too long.
And what’s a rhino then to do?
End up in some lonely zoo?
