Cuzco, Peru

Once the capital of the Inca Empire, Cuzco sits in the Andes at an elevation of over 11,000 feet (more than two Denvers!  Takes some adjusting!)  The scene above is the Plaza de Armas (main square) featuring the Church of the Society of Jesus.  Construction on this church was begun in 1576.  Taken in May 2016.
